Eraserhead

Eraserhead (1977) by David Lynch was inspired by his experience living in a decaying Philadelphia during an economic downturn. The surrealist film explores the protagonist's disturbed psyche with captivating visuals and meticulous sound design. Lynch calls it his most spiritual creation.
